The Sacred Soak is a calming tea bath for the body made from soothing and balancing herbs for busy lives. Beetroot alchemises the bathwater, turning it into a deep ruby colour, to ignite the root chakra and our connection to Mother Earth.

Ceremony

The Sacred Soak comes in a muslin sack for steeping in the bathtub. Empty contents from the biodegradable sealed bag into muslin sack. Fix muslin sack to faucet so that bath water pours through tea bath as it fills tub. Use on it's own for a deeply grounding experience, or with a handful of Bath Ritual for additional aromatic benefits.

Earth

Scatter the used herbs, flowers and roots around your favourite place in the garden as an offering, giving thanks to Mother Earth for all her blessings.
