Hag of the Mist MARY'S TEARS Goat Milk Soap with Calendula + Orange Blossom

A comforting blend of calendula, annatto seed and orange blossom creates a soft, soothing cleanse for everyday use. Inspired by autumn equinox, when golden light softens and the harvest begins, this gentle soap celebrates calendula. Once known in folklore as Mary’s Gold, calendula is a solar flower long associated with warmth and healing, it has a delicate, floral character that is both soothing and joyful.

Handmade in rural West Wales by Lily of Hag of the Mist, these nourishing cold process soaps are crafted with organic goat’s milk, local honey, beeswax and botanical plant oils. Naturally rich in lactic acid and vitamins A, B6, B12 and E, they create a beautifully creamy lather that gently cleanses while leaving skin feeling soft and cared for. Inspired by stories of land, sea and season, each bar is a sensory celebration of botanicals, folklore and the changing landscape.

Ceremony

Lather between hands, with a flannel or directly onto wet skin. Massage gently, then rinse well.

Notes

Allow the bar to dry fully between uses. We keep ours on a soap dish on the windowsill. Handmade in small batches in rural west Wales. Natural variations in colour, texture, and shape are part of the process.
